The Philippines' First Can Also Be First Among Asians
Founded in September 1991—with its maiden issue rolling off the press in January 1992—Medical Observer is the pioneer Filipino health newsmagazine for the Filipino doctor.
| Medical Observer is the only Philippine health magazine that carries international health, science, and medical stories from the Agence France-Presse, one of the world's leading news organizations. |
Very quickly it earned the respect of the medical profession and the health-care-pharmaceutical industry, making it today's leading Filipino medical magazine.
Medical Observer's editorial style is a bridge
between those of a highly technical medical journal and a
general-interest publication. While not void of medical jargon,
its articles are easy reading for doctors and lay persons
alike. We write both about the scientific and the human and
humane sides of medicine.
